After Dark Cyan Theme For Windows10 November Update [link]

This theme does not work all I get is the red border no black background for windows explorer, no right click options as black toolbar is not solid red and highlights arent red. I purchaced this theme assistance would be appreciated since I collowed all instructions and have the after dark CC theme working fine

I followed all the instructions I even installed Numix Dark Blue and Red Theme Windows 10 1511 and it worked perfectly along with after dark CC theme its this theme thats not working only
